Refund & Trial Policy

1. The 14-Day Free Trial

Every merchant who installs WholesaleEngine from the Shopify App Store is automatically granted an unrestricted 14-day free trial.

• You receive full access to all features, including unlimited customer tag rules and volume tiers.
• No charges are made to your Shopify account during the 14-day period.
• If you uninstall the app at any point within the 14 days, you will never be billed.

2. Voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If your trial expires and you are billed the $29 subscription fee, but find that WholesaleEngine did not meet your expectations or was incompatible with your specific theme workflow, we will gladly refund your last monthly subscription charge within 30 days of the billing date.

Because Shopify subscription billing is handled via the Shopify Partner Billing API, refunds are issued directly as credits or refunds on your Shopify bill upon our manual approval.

3. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple and hassle-free:

1. Send an email to support@smartinfotechapps.com with the subject line: Refund Request: [Your myshopify domain].
2. Include your store myshopify URL (e.g. store-name.myshopify.com).
3. Briefly mention the reason for cancellation so our engineering team can improve the application.

Our support team processes all eligible refund requests within 24 business hours.
