Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using WholesaleEngine or any applications published by Smart Infotech Apps, you ("Merchant" or "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the application immediately.

2. Subscription, Billing, and Free Trial

WholesaleEngine is made available on a subscription basis for $29.00 USD per 30-day billing cycle.

• 14-Day Risk-Free Trial: New installations receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. You will not be billed if you uninstall the application before the 14-day trial concludes.
• Shopify Billing API: All recurring subscription fees are processed directly and securely through the official Shopify Billing API. Billing charges will appear on your regular unified Shopify invoice. Smart Infotech Apps never collects or stores credit card numbers directly.
• No Hidden GMV Cuts: Our subscription is a flat monthly fee. We never take a percentage cut of your gross merchandise value (GMV) or order sales.

3. License and Permitted Use

Smart Infotech Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application strictly for your authorized Shopify store. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or resell the application or its underlying WebAssembly modules.

4. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time simply by uninstalling WholesaleEngine from your Shopify Admin Apps screen. Upon uninstallation:

• Active billing stops automatically through the Shopify Billing API.
• The associated Shopify Functions discount rule is deactivated immediately.
• Because WholesaleEngine leaves 0 theme code in your store, no theme code cleanup is necessary.

5. Service Availability & Disclaimer

WholesaleEngine relies on Shopify's native checkout infrastructure and Shopify Functions runtime. While we aim for 99.99% uptime, services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Smart Infotech Apps is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business disruptions arising from store configurations or Shopify platform outages.

6. Legal Relationship to Shopify Inc.

Smart Infotech Apps is an independent third-party software developer and member of the Shopify Partner Program. Smart Infotech Apps is not an affiliate, agent, or subsidiary of Shopify Inc. Shopify® is a registered trademark of Shopify Inc.

7. Governing Law & Company Information

Smart Infotech Apps is an independent software publishing brand operated by Smart Infotech, a registered enterprise entity in Karnataka, India. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of Karnataka.
